Our composite consists of a mix that is a proprietary, patented development. The silicone or wooden molds are created based on technical drawings/3D designs that replicate the designed elements with 100% accuracy, which is a unique feature of our technology and a significant differentiator compared to other solutions available on the Romanian market.
Gforms uses a composite of alpha gypsum applied to layers of fiberglass of varying densities, depending on the expected strength of the manufactured element. The production of our elements takes place in Poland, and the product components come from European suppliers and manufacturers.
The elements made from the PREMIUM-GRG composite connect perfectly with drywall panels (standard for construction finishing: class 3), ensuring a seamless fit with all standard walls and ceilings.
